Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
FortyTwo ("we", "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it — in plain language.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
FortyTwo
Antwerpen, Belgium
stef@fortytwo.club
2. What data we collect
We only collect what you voluntarily provide:
- Email address — when you submit the interest form on our website ("I'm interested" or "Request your spot").
We do not collect your name, location, payment details, or any other personal information through this website.
3. Why we collect it and the legal basis
We collect your email address to follow up on your interest in our coaching services. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — by submitting the form you actively agree to be contacted by FortyTwo.
4. How long we keep your data
We keep your email address for as long as necessary to follow up on your enquiry, and no longer than 2 years if no coaching relationship is established. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 7).
5. Who we share your data with
Your data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (a cloud database provided by Google LLC, USA). Google processes this data on our behalf under a Data Processing Agreement and in line with EU standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
6. International transfers
Firebase Firestore may store data on servers located outside the EEA. Google LLC has implemented appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.
7. Your rights under GDPR
As an EU resident you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at stef@fortytwo.club. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority:
Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA)
Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels
